Kyle R. Miller joined Savills Studley National Retail Services Group as a managing director of its investment sales division. Mr. Miller advises clients in the acquisition and disposition of retail properties including neighborhood, community, and power centers, as well as single-tenant investments. His access to institutional quality product and private capital allows him to deliver. Kyle and his team are strategically aligned with a core group of high-level landlord and tenant rep brokers, allowing him to uncover unique opportunities that lead to optimal returns for his clients. This full service platform allows Kyle to position assets in the marketplace that ultimately lead to multiple offers and much higher returns for his clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Kyle worked for Grubb & Ellis and Colliers International, where he facilitated and closed more than $300 million of retail investment transactions. In a market that posed many challenges, Kyle and his team achieved values for investors that exceeded their expectations. Since joining Studley, Kyle has continued his success by closing almost $1.75 billion since 2009.
To complement his investment practice, Kyle has an extensive background in 1031 tax deferred exchanges, having worked for First American Exchange Company. He leverages this knowledge to provide strategic solutions for clients facing challenging 1031-exchange situations.

Activities & Achievements
Kyle is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He has achieved the highest rank of Eagle Scout and is also a member of the Surfrider Foundation.
Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in business finance with a minor in marketing from the University of Nevada, Reno.
