A member of Savills Orange County office since February 2017, Kyle Pringle is a construction professional with more than a decade of experience in design, pre-construction, construction and migration activities in Southern California. Kyle has successfully completed construction projects totaling over three million square feet of tenant improvements and build-to-suit projects. These unique projects include low-and high-rise office, hospitality, pharmaceutical, education, theme park, life sciences, manufacturing, automotive and warehouse industries.

Kyle’s extensive industrial knowledge has been gained by working for large commercial general contractors and developing project schedules, budgets and negotiating the best value for his clients’ bottom line and operational functionality. By relying on his experience while working for a contractor, he is able to identify design deficiencies early on in the process which saves the client an abundance of time and potential cost.

In order to fulfill his clients’ immediate goals and long-term objectives, Kyle helps clients select a competent project team of architects, general contractors, technology vendors, furniture and fixture vendors and movers. From there, he ensures the development and tracking of a comprehensive project schedule and budget, as well as the management and oversight of an effective project design, engineering, permitting, construction and migration process. Through the use of his personable communication skills, combined with his extensive experience with hands-on construction, Kyle provides every client with committed and valuable project management that will assure them a satisfactory commercial real estate decision.
