Laurent joined Savills Studley in 1994 and specializes in representing tenants throughout the United States in their commercial real estate transactions. Previously, he served as vice president and director of interior architecture for RTKL Associates Inc. of Washington DC and as a project director for Space Design International Inc. Laurent's major design projects won numerous national and local AIA awards and were featured in international design publications.
Laurent has strong analytical, negotiation, and management skills. His training and experience in the field of architecture is a critical component of the service he provides his clients, which include corporate, technology and professional services firms. Laurent's expertise ranges from the areas of space planning and programming to building systems and design, and has proven extremely valuable to tenants seeking efficient, productive and cost-effective space solutions. Laurent also draws upon his broad network of contacts in the architectural and design communities to assist his clients.
Activities & Achievements
Laurent is actively involved in several charitable organizations, including "Jill's House," a respite center for families of disabled children. He currently serves on the Fourth Presbyterian School Board of Directors and has served on neighborhood advisory boards and associations in his community. Laurent enjoys travel and golf as well as time with his wife and three children.
Laurent earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Cincinnati and has been a guest lecturer at national conferences for the American Law Firm Association, the National Building Show and LiveXchange, as well as at various universities.
