Laurent Myers specializes in representing tenants throughout the United States in their complex commercial real estate pursuits. He leverages more than 20 years’ experience, deep expertise and a broad knowledge base in advising companies with national accounts, strategic planning, financial structuring and facility and workplace planning. His strong analytical, negotiation and management skills have allowed him to advise clients in reducing costs, arranging ideal contracts and maximizing workplace efficiency.

Laurent’s 20-plus years of training and experience in the field of architecture is a critical component of the service he provides his clients, which include corporate, nonprofit, technology and professional services firms. His unique expertise encompasses space planning and programming, as well as building systems, design and construction. He has proven extremely valuable to tenants seeking efficient, productive and cost-effective space solutions. Laurent also draws on his broad network of contacts in the architectural and design communities to assist his clients.

Laurent joined Savills in 1994. Previously, he served as vice president and director of interior architecture for RTKL Associates of Washington, DC and as a project director for Space Design International. His major design projects won numerous national and local AIA awards and were featured in international design publications.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Laurent was on the board of directors for the Fourth Presbyterian School for five years, Halpine Walk Court HOA for four years and the Colonnade HOA for three years. He is also an active volunteer at the JDRF and Jill’s House, of which he is on the advisory board. Professionally, Laurent has been given numerous national AIA design awards, CREBA lease transaction awards and the Akridge ‘Broker of the Year’ award.
