Professional Expertise

Liron Nelik began his career with Savills Studley in 2000 while studying at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). In 2003, he received his degree in economics, and transitioned to a full-time role in commercial real estate brokerage. Since then, Liron has actively participated as a vital team member on complex projects for a wide range of tenants such as Nordman Cormany Hair & Compton, Stone & Hiles, PETCO, and Imagination Entertainment.

Currently, Liron works within the Corporate Services Group, which supports national corporate clients including International Paper and SunGard Availability Services. Each of these clients has diverse needs with assignments around the country, including: renewals, consolidations, dispositions, relocations, and expansions. Liron supports the Corporate Service Group in consulting engagements that often include strategic services such as demographic analysis, mapping research, risk mitigation, and financial modeling.

Liron’s national experience with corporate clients has given him a thorough understanding of how to utilize analysis to create leverage in the market place. In turn, this leverage is used to create an environment where the end result is the most cost-effective and appropriate real estate solution for clients. As an active member of the real estate brokerage community, Liron has established himself as an effective tenant representation broker for a wide array of client requirements.

Activities & Achievements

Liron is a member of Jewish Federation Real Estate and Construction Division, which is a support group with the mission of raising money for the Los Angeles Jewish Federation. Presently, he is also a fellow with the Geller Leadership Project headed by financial industry veteran Marshall Geller.


Liron is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), where he received a Bachelor of Arts in economics.  He continues to be involved with the university as an active member of the alumni association.
