Liron joined Savills Studley in 2000 as an intern while studying at the University of California, Los Angeles and then transitioned into a full time position in 2003 to focus solely on representing tenants and corporate services. Since the transition, Liron has actively participated as a vital team member and also grown quickly to lead complex projects for a wide range of tenants in different sectors, including healthcare, insurance, professional services, technology, entertainment, and government related services. In the 13 years he’s been at Savills Studley, Liron has been involved in more than 20 million square feet of real estate transactions.
As a partner of the Corporate Services Group (“CSG”), Liron has been managing transactions on behalf of several Fortune 500 companies’ real estate portfolios domestically and internationally. Each of these clients has diverse needs with various assignments, such as lease renewals, consolidations, dispositions, relocations, expansions, early restructures, build to suit developments, sale lease-backs, critical facilities (data center), etc. Liron’s dedication to his clients and his experience has given him a thorough understanding of how to utilize analysis to create leverage, which in turn is used to deliver the most cost-effective and appropriate real estate solution for each unique requirement.
Liron is a member of the Real Estate and Construction Division, a support group for the Los Angeles Jewish Federation and a supporter of the Children’s Institute, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides services to children healing from the effects of family and community violence within Los Angeles’ most challenged neighborhoods.
Liron is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), where he received a Bachelor of Arts in economics. He continues to be involved with the university as an active member of the alumni association.
