Lisa joined Studley (now Savills Studley) in 1997 and has almost thirty years of experience acting as an advocate on behalf of commercial tenants in downtown Chicago. Lisa has been continually recognized as one of Savills Studley’s top performers nationwide, executing more than 14 million square feet of transactions throughout her career. Recognized as an expert in reducing real estate costs for corporate space users, Lisa has a diverse client portfolio that includes tech, non-profit organizations, professional service firms, and major corporations.
Most notably, Lisa has developed an exceptional practice in the area of early lease restructuring that has helped numerous firms achieve favorable rental rates, incentives, and concessions.
In 2002 and 2007, Lisa and her team were honored with the prestigious Crain’s Greater Chicago Food Depository Commercial Real Estate Award for “Office Broker of the Year”. She was recognized in Real Estate MidAmerica magazine as a “40 Under 40” to watch, named to YWCA’s Academy of Women Leaders, and profiled in the Illinois Real Estate Journal. In 2008, Lisa was a finalist for the Crystal Apple Award, sponsored by the Illinois Real Estate Journal as well as a finalist for Service Provider of the Year at the 2015 Real Awards sponsored by Corenet. Also in 2008, Lisa was a recipient of the 5th Annual Commercial Forum Gold Award for Leasing Office Tenant Representative. Most recently, Lisa was inducted into Midwest Real Estate’s Hall of Fame and received the NAIOP office investment sale of the year award for 2016.
Lisa is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, member of the Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association (COLBA) executive board, member of Corenet and CREW. She also serves on the Leadership Council of Women Tech Founders and is a Chicago Scholar’s Mentor. She supports the Lurie Children’s Hospital, Alzheimer’s Association, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation and the Francis W. Parker School.
Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and Economics from Northwestern University, and has received her Corenet MCR (Master of Corporate Real Estate) designation.
