Madeline Dunsmore is a Senior Associate in Savills Studley’s Washington DC office; Madeline has experience as a workplace strategist and change management practitioner for clients looking to reduce real estate costs and improve the productivity and collaboration of their workforce. Madeline has experience creating diagnostic tools like surveys and focus groups to determine the needs and cultural readiness of an organization contemplating a workplace strategy that fits their evolving needs. Madeline also has experience developing change management and communication plans to support the people and process elements of a transition to a more flexible and dynamic workplace. Prior to joining the firm, Madeline was an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton supporting the strategic communication needs of Federal clients.
Madeline serves on the board of the Washington DC chapter of the Association of Change Management Professionals and takes improv comedy classes at Washington Improv Theater.
Madeline holds her Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University and her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.
