Mae joined Savills Studley in 2011, bringing 17 years of experience in lease administration, audit account transition, and technology implementation to Savills Studley’s clients. In her role, Mae consults clients on lease administration technologies, account transitions, and business processes related to lease administration.
Mae’s primary expertise is in software consulting and business analysis, project management of software implementations, training on various lease administration systems, and developing lease administration procedure manuals. In addition, her skillset includes creating request for proposals from software vendors, defining and documenting both business and functional requirements, and managing clients and software programmers’ communication during accounting system interface, software customization, and database implementations.
Prior to joining the firm, Mae worked for Johnson Controls – Global Workplace Solutions, Exactus, Warner Bros., Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. and Westmark Harris Advisors, Inc. providing lease administration services to companies such as Verizon, Chubb Insurance, Amgen and Countrywide. Mae’s lease administration background includes review and approval of lease related expenses, management of rent and space allocations, coordination of critical dates, preparing preliminary operating expense reconciliation audit analyses, abstraction of leases and owned property information, reporting and database maintenance.
In addition, Mae previously worked for Alexander Howden North America, Inc., and G.J. Sullivan Company, Inc. where she held the titles of Brokerage Services Manager and Underwriting and Operations Manager.
