Marc joined Studley (now Savills Studley) in 2001 and now serves as Director of Transaction Management, guiding his clients to make superior business decisions based on his strategic and analytic insights. With a clear understanding of the intangibles surrounding real estate transactions, Marc aligns himself with his clients' overarching business goals in order to optimize their real estate portfolios. He has diverse experience representing an impressive roster of law firms, financial institutions, non-profits and other commercial tenants. Marc’s portfolio clients include RH Donnelley/Dex Media and The LOGS Network. Most recently, Marc manages RSM’s 1.9 million square foot office portfolio.
Marc's expertise lies in financial analysis and research. He performs specialized demographic and site-specific analysis, prepares case materials and presentations for each of his clients, and also focuses on business development through the application of his analytic and strategic expertise. Marc has helped numerous organizations reach their business goals through lease analysis, financial and demographic model development.
Prior to joining the firm, Marc was a research analyst at Grubb & Ellis.
Marc recently served as a member of the steering committee for the Greater Chicago Food Depository Real Estate Awards Dinner. He is also on the alumni advisory committee for the geography department at Carthage College and is an active alumnus in his college fraternity.
Marc graduated from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin with a bachelor's degree in marketing and a double major in geography, with an emphasis on urban planning and geographic information systems. Marc received his MCR Designation through Corenet in May, 2014.
