Prior to joining Bell Mobility, Mark was Vice President, Office Leasing at Cushman & Wakefield, responsible for both landlord and tenant representation with the primary focus on tenant advocacy. Mark’s analytical needs-driven approach and strategic negotiation skills earned him membership into the President’s Round Table of top performers within the company.
Mark also brings over 18 years’ national business experience in the office solutions industry that taught him the value of complete and accurate information and its relevance to making precise business decisions that impact a client's bottom line.

As a Senior Managing Director in Savills Studley’s Miami office, Roy brings more than 20 years of experience as a workplace strategist, architect and corporate real estate executive. His areas of expertise include office/workplace strategy, sustainability, energy usage, business process and change management. To date, he has been involved in more than 11 million square feet of real estate transactions including four of the largest U.S. corporate mergers during the 1990’s (MediaOne, US West, AT&T, Comcast, Time Warner and Continental Cable). His experience includes portfolios ranging from 2.0 million square feet to those with more than 100 facilities within the corporate, law, communications, education and healthcare sectors.
