Mark has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. He has successfully represented corporate clients on a local, national, and international basis throughout his career. While servicing a client list which includes both emerging and established corporate entities, Mark has been responsible for the development and execution of real estate strategies which align with and support the business goals of the corporate enterprise. Throughout his career, adherence to a fundamental strategy combining proactive analysis with aggressive marketplace execution has resulted in yielding millions of dollars in savings for his clients.
The business cycles which result from the dynamic nature of Silicon Valley can place great strain on a company’s ability to efficiently align space demand with supply. As a result, Mark has lead companies through a diverse and complex set of real estate options including analysis and execution of facility lease acquisitions and dispositions, facility purchases and sales, synthetic leases, build to suit projects, lease renewals, lease restructuring and lease terminations.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy of Industrial Societies from University of California, Berkeley.
