Mark Pearson entered the commercial real estate profession more than 20 years ago, and has consistently been an industry leader in Silicon Valley. His distinguished clients include Affymax, Calithera Biosciences, Cell Genesys, Corvus Pharmaceuticals, Cutera Inc., Fluidigm Corp, Ilypsa, Johnson & Johnson, Molecular Devices, Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Relypsa, and Renovis.
Mark has been the founder and co-founder of numerous companies, including Catalyst Real Estate Group, a corporate real estate services firm, which subsequently merged with four independent firms to form Cresa. Drawbridge Realty, a San Francisco-based real estate investment and development company and Annex Ventures, which supports early-stage funding for entrepreneurs in the high-tech, bio-tech and medical device markets.
Activities & Achievements
A licensed real estate broker in the states of California and Texas, Mark is a member of the Boards of Trustees of The Scripps Research Institute and the Silicon Valley Children's Fund.
Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of San Francisco.
