Mark’s 23 years in the real estate industry have given him a comprehensive understanding of the challenges facing organizations across a multitude of industries and markets. He has handled millions of square feet of complex transactions with a variety of Fortune 100 companies while acquiring broad expertise in a range of fields including acquisitions, dispositions, construction, asset management and site selection. Mark provides valuable insight into the needs of large corporate space users, as well as the perspective of landlords.
By first developing a thorough understanding of his clients’ business needs, Mark has delivered strategic business solutions through real estate, rather than just attractive real estate transactions. He has acted as the tenant representative for companies such as Schlumberger, JPMorgan Chase, Clarke American, PG&E, and Exxon. Prior to his real estate consulting tenure, Mark was president of Prime Asset Leasing and asset manager for the 75-story JPMorgan Chase Tower for five years, and vice president in the Corporate Real Estate department for Texas Commerce Bancshares for 10 years.

Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin with a major in finance.
