Mark Todrys joined Savills in March 2017 and is currently a director in the Capital Markets Group. In his current role, Mark works closely with members of the team to assist corporations, institutions and other owners and users in maximizing real estate value through the use of structured financial products involving tax, capital and accounting strategies.
Mark has worked on transactions including mortgage financings, sale leasebacks, capital leases and other structured lease transactions, as well as advisory services, on behalf of corporate and institutional clients including the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Verizon, Ericsson, Entergy, International Paper, Amcor, Unilever, Kraft, Bank of America and St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital.
Mark has also been intricately involved in the construction and financing of the World Trade Center since 2008 and was part of a team advising the Port Authority in the sale of a $100 million equity stake in One World Trade Center to the Durst Organization.
