Professional Expertise

Mark Wilkins is an associate of transaction management for Savills Occupier Services, which provides a full range of integrated real estate services internationally. In his role, Mark is involved in project management, building/facility management, leasing and construction. He offers clients the technical expertise on building systems maintenance and construction management that allows them to follow through with exceptional transactions.

Mark has provided asset management services for over three million square feet of office space for clients such as Prudential Realty Group, Northwestern Mutual, The Travelers and Met Life. Given the breadth and depth of build-outs Mark has overseen, he is able to create and sustain a positive work environment all while maintaining the budget. He also excels at communicating with clients in order to collaborate on innovative ideas and build strong relationships.

Mark joined Savills with its acquisition of Vertical Integration, a Florida-based firm that provided integrated, full-service real estate solutions domestically and internationally for corporate and government entities. Prior, Mark started his career in 1977 in Miami as a property and construction manager for Clark-Biondi Realtors. Mark relocated to Tampa in 1985 and became the director of property management for Grubb & Ellis of Florida, before becoming a principal at CLW Realty Asset Group in Tampa in 1989. Mark has also been a principal with MPI Real Estate Services.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Mark is a LEED Accredited Professional (AP), having completed certification in both building design and construction, as well as interior design and construction. Mark also received his designation as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and has been approved as a court-appointed receiver.
