Matt Anderson

Professional Expertise

Joining Savills in 2014, Matt Anderson is an experienced commercial real estate broker with a focus on tenant representation in the technology, advertising, media, and information (TAMI), as well as entertainment industries. He specializes in business development for fast-growing, venture-backed companies scaling from early-stage to full-growth, and recognizes the different approaches for each. As a market expert in the technology space, Matt co-founded the Los Angeles office’s in-house space blog called TechOfficeSpaces.com.

Matt has a hard-working, critically minded personality, and meshes incredibly well with his clients from the first meeting on. Set apart from the competition with his single-minded advocacy for tenant client representation, Matt has the ability to create zero conflict of interest.

Even prior to working with Savills, Matt worked as a tenant advisor at Travers Realty for three years. His vast experience, along with an amiable personality, allows Matt to completely and thoroughly satisfy his clients. Some of his other client transactions include: FusionLA’s 1,600 square feet in Venice, Breakwater Management’s 5,939 square feet in Century City, Post Advisory Group’s 17,707 square feet in Santa Monica, Pixelogic Media Partners’ 16,683 square feet in Burbank, General Assembly’s 10,156 square feet in DTLA, and J. Crew’s 59,626 square feet in NYC and 2,572 square feet in DTLA.
