Matt Chatham focuses solely on representing tenants in facility and site acquisitions and dispositions. His responsibilities include marketing, strategy and transaction implementation,and coordination and review of market research.
Recent representative clients include Walmart.com, Fidelity Information Services, Pillsbury, White & Case, Blue Jeans Network, Castlight Health, Gymboree, and Achaogen. At the core of Matt’s client service philosophy is his attention to detail and commitment to over-achieving across all transaction elements.
Prior to joining Savills Studley, Matt was a Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle where he was consistently one of the top producers in the Bay Area, earning the firm’s Top Achiever Award from 2008-2011. He was also a member of the Leadership Counsel Advisory Board.
Matt is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of California. He has received “Deal of the Year” honors from the Business Times for representing Walmart.com. Additionally, CoStar Group, the leading provider of commercial real estate information, has named him to the list of national “Power Brokers,” acknowledging him as one of the preeminent brokers in the Bay Area office market.
Matt and his wife, Samantha, have two daughters. They are involved with the Family House, which serves as a home away from home for children and their families dealing with cancer or other life-threatening illnesses.
Matt graduated from Rollins College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations.
