Matt has over 35 years of experience representing tenants in over 700 transactions with a total value in excess of $1 billion. He is one of the most accomplished brokers in Orange County specializing in the representation of Tenants. Early in his career, Matt represented C.J. Segerstrom and Sons in leasing their high-rise projects around South Coast Plaza, gaining invaluable insight into the mindset of developers and how to extract the maximum concessions for his clients. His clients range from small single-office users to Orange County-based companies with offices throughout the world. Matt’s goal is to become a partner in the success of his clients, creating real estate solutions that help them grow and prosper.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

In his spare time, Matt has served on the board and executive committee of the Newport Sea Base, as district chairman for the Boy Scouts of America, as board member and president of the Newport Elementary School Foundation, and on the advisory committee of the Newport Harbor High School Sailing Team.
