Professional Expertise 

Matthew Sall has been with Savills since 1987 and currently represents clients out of the firm’s Philadelphia office. An expert in landlord and tenant credit analytics, as well as market research, Matt provides the necessary data and financial modeling that allows his clients to make educated intellectual real estate decisions. Over the course of his more than 30-year career, Matt has developed his strategic planning abilities and honed his negotiation skills in order to broker an optimal commercial real estate transaction both financially and operationally. In addition, Matt has broad experience with build-to-suit planning and situating companies in tax-advantage KOZ sites.

Since joining Savills, Matt has held multiple titles including financial analyst, market researcher and business developer. Throughout his ascent to becoming senior managing director, Matt gained invaluable knowledge about the real estate industry and worked with companies in a variety of industries including healthcare, financial services, education and TAMI. Alongside his colleague Greg Soffian, Matt establishes relationships with prominent companies throughout the greater Philadelphia metropolitan and across the United States.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Matthew has been acknowledged for his achievements in the commercial real estate profession. He was named CoStar ‘Power Broker’ in 2006 and 2012 and attended the Savills Studley Winter Trip in 1996, 2007, 2008, 2013 and 2016.
