Michael Grillo joined Savills in 2012 as a senior lease auditor, and has since assumed the role as Senior Managing Director, Lease Administration Operations team under the occupier services umbrella led by Kim Esposito. Operating out of the firm’s Tampa OS office, Michael works with his teammates to provide full-service lease administration and audits so that tenants can improve their business practices, cut real estate costs and overall maximize their business potential as it relates to commercial property.

Specifically, Michael’s responsibilities as the manager of lease administration include account and client relationship management, service delivery, business continuity and lease administration team oversight. Michael’s ability to work well with his clients has served him and his team in maintaining positive, forward-thinking relationships. By understanding his clients, Michael is able to provide the necessary oversight to assure their needs are met. Additionally, Michael is a proven leader that creates a positive team morale to work with.

Prior to joining Savills, Michael spent six years with Cushman & Wakefield as a senior lease analyst and doubled as a team leader. Before that, he began his professional career working for over six years for Verizon’s lease administration department.
