Michael Kuzmuk has been with Savills since 2012, specializing in project management, code and zoning/building permitting, cost management, schedule management and overall construction auditing. His knowledge of project management, building code and expediting has proven an invaluable asset to clients seeking to meet construction schedules and tenant occupancy milestones. Michael first joined the firm for the Credit Agricole modernization project, working with Colm Ralph to oversee the construction and fit-out of the bank's modernization program as well as its infrastructure upgrades.

Partnered with Colm Ralph, Michael’s diverse project portfolio and services includes a number of notable projects and clients including The Associated Press, Fitch Ratings, and Zillow Group. Services includes a full range of project management and tenant representations services including but not limited to project scheduling, contract review and negotiations, auditing, budget management and reporting, move management, design oversight and client relocation.

Prior to joining the Savills, Michael spent five years at Milrose Consultants, where he gained expertise in project management, building code, NYC agency approvals, and expediting. At Milrose, Michael worked as project executive on the Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer tenant space represented by Savills at 601 Lexington Avenue, overseeing all the pre-design code reviews, pre-filing documentation, project filing, and permitting. In addition, Michael served as the exclusive project executive for the Madison Square Garden Transformation Project.

Over the course of his career, Michael has gained extensive experience navigating the approvals processes at New York City agencies such as the Department of Buildings (DOB), New York City Fire Department (FDNY), Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Department of Finance (DOF) and New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC).

When Michael isn’t he working, he likes to spend his time volunteering for the New Jersey Devils Youth Hockey Club and the Beacon Hill Hockey Club.
