Michael Paleo joined Savills Studley, Inc. with an extensive background in project management and commercial construction, specializing in office tenant improvements. While working with Howard Building Corporation, Michael helped manage high end construction projects and gained critical knowledge in order to assist his clients’ special needs. He has drawn on his project management background and strong intrapersonal skills to expand and service his tenant representation clientele.
Michael’s strong professional background has given him the analytical skills to evaluate and implement successful site-selection strategies, develop and analyze market trends, create effective deal structures and focus transaction negotiations. These skills coupled with the utilization and implementation of Savills Studley’s integrated service lines from project management to facility management creates a competitive advantage for his clients. He currently is responsible for business development, financial analysis, transaction management and negotiation strategies. He has represented over 550,000 SF of office space in his career.
Michael is currently an active member for Elite OC, an organization of young professionals who strive to make a difference in the community through fundraising and awareness programs.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
