As a corporate managing director, Michael specializes in assisting his clients with the evaluation of their short- and long-term space needs, and implements a solution to meet the client’s operational and financial goals. Michael’s transaction experience, along with his understanding of the marketplace, gives him a perspective of the real estate issues affecting companies today, and allows him to suggest viable solutions that will mitigate risk and maximize flexibility.
Michael provides a variety of services that includes running a transaction, sublease disposition, lease and financial analysis, operating expense audits and strategic planning. Prior to joining Savills Studley, Michael held positions with Grubb & Ellis and NAI Capital Commercial where he received the “Rookie of the Year” award.
Michael is an active participant in a variety of community organizations within Orange County including St. Paul’s Greek Orthodox Church, Wounded Warrior Project and Spencer Hospice Foundation that raises money for “Grant a Memory” and “Camp Erin”. Michael is also one of the founding board members of the Cal Devils, which is dedicated to raising funds for the Arizona State University athletic programs.
Michael received his Bachelor of Arts in marketing from Arizona State University.
