Mike Mordaunt was appointed vice chairman in 2019 becoming the youngest individual within Savills to earn such honors. Mike has more than 17 years of corporate experience and is dedicated to exclusively representing tenants in the delivery of fully integrated commercial real estate services. His professional and educational background along with strong work ethic contribute to his successfully advocating on behalf of such clients as Guardant Health, Nutanix, Gigamon, Rambus, Panduit, Twitter, Palo Alto Networks, Panasonic, Couchbase, Wells Fargo, Tintri, Vocera, EMC, Dell, Wrike, & Zendesk amongst others.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Mike is on the Silicon Valley LLS board of trustees and executive committee. In addition, he is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), The International Honor Society of Beta Gamma Sigma and the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers. The Silicon Valley Business Journal named Mike as one of their ’40 Under 40’ top representatives and the Real Estate Forum declared him a ‘Top 15 Office Broker in US 2016’. He has also been recognized as a ‘Power Broker’ by CoStar in 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
