As Managing Director, Nanci Love delivers excellent service built on a strong career of project management in a range of services, including strategic planning, execution and commissioning. She focuses her practice on developing and executing solutions that encompass overall client project goals.

Nanci joined the Atlanta office of Savills in 2017 with more than 25 years of diversified experience in corporate architecture, design and construction management for clients with various scopes and budgets, including multimillion-dollar projects. Prior to joining the firm, she was Senior Project Manager at Colliers International Atlanta. She has also worked at Honour Project Management; Wakefield Beasley & Associates; and Big Ass Fans, as an architectural engineering specialist in the Southeast.

Her service specialties include process planning, cost estimating and management and schedule and cost control integration. By working closely with brokers in the initial budget and schedule development, Nanci maintains an in-depth understanding of the real estate process. Her extensive knowledge of the contract furniture industry consistently benefits clients in controlling the overall budget. She has worked on several of the city’s premier corporate headquarters relocations, including RaceTrac and HD Supply.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Nanci is involved with several Atlanta-area professional organizations. Currently, she serves on the CoreNet Atlanta Communications Committee, and is active with the International Project Management Association. She is a certified trainer for U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED Certification, The American Institute of Architects, PDH Academy and Interior Design Continuing Education Council.

Nanci also volunteers with groups and projects such as Bill Law House for Families First, Decatur Cooperative Ministry for International Facility Management Association, Atlanta Food Bank and Habitat for Humanity. She has published articles and blog posts for Atlanta Network Magazine and Commercial Real Estate Women Atlanta, and was selected to manage Georgia’s first federally funded faith based grant.
