With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Nancy Weinstein specializes in tenant representation and consulting services. She is dedicated to the needs of her clients and focuses on developing and implementing real estate strategies that align and support both the immediate and long term goals of her clients. Operating out of the firm’s New York City office in Midtown Manhattan, Nancy works alongside teammates Marc Shapses and Seth Wasserman.
Nancy’s proficiency in site selection, negotiation and financial analysis has resulted in long-term relationships with a broad variety of prestigious corporations in a variety of industries including nonprofit, financial and foreign government. Over the course of her career, she has also developed an expertise in commercial condominium transactions and concluded purchase transactions for The Mission and Consulate of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, Malawi and Kenya Mission.
Prior to joining Savills, Nancy held the vice president position at Cresa Partners, Norman Bobrow and Collins Tuttle for seven years at each firm.
