Nate Brzozowski joined Savills in 2015 with an experience base that encompasses sophisticated financial analysis and developing advantageous client real estate strategies. Over the course of his career, Nate has executed large transactions for many notable clients in 30 US states and Canada.

He comes directly from a five-year stay helping to build Cushman & Wakefield’s tristate consulting practice where he served as the lead financial consultant on over 3 million square feet of office/industrial leases and capital market transactions around the US. Nate’s past and present clients include companies such as Morgan Stanley, Citibank, The Valley Hospital, Cognizant, SES Americom, Goya Foods, NJIT, Brother International, Biomet/EBI, Drinker Biddle Reath, Brach Eichler, Norris McLaughlin & Marcus and Sharp Electronics.

Prior to C&W, Nate spent over two years in private equity with Normandy Real Estate Partners. He has personally underwritten billions of dollars of commercial properties (including office, retail and hotel), mortgages and REITs for acquisition. He was involved in all facets of real estate, from acquisitions and dispositions, to leasing and property management, asset management and quarterly reporting on a portfolio spanning over 8mm square feet across the east coast.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Nate has served as lead financial consultant on several NAIOP-awarded headquarters transactions including ‘Creative Deal of the Year’ and ‘Economic Impact Deal of the Year’. In 2018, Nate was awarded one of only 60 seats in the inaugural cohort of the international Harvard Business Analytics Program. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New Jersey and has served on a board and as a volunteer for several local organizations including Family Service of Morris County’s Young Executives Board, Newark YEA! Young Entrepreneurs Academy as a mentor and the Food Bank of NJ as a volunteer.
