Nathan Brzozowski joins Savills Studley with an experience base that encompasses sophisticated financial analysis, developing and pitching client real estate strategies and executing large transactions for many notable clients. He comes directly from a 5-year stay helping to build Cushman & Wakefield’s tristate consulting practice where he served as the lead financial consultant on over 3 million square feet of office/industrial leases and capital market transactions around the U.S. Recent clients include companies such as Morgan Stanley, Citibank, The Valley Hospital, Rabobank, SES Americom (new U.S. HQ), Goya Foods (new Int. HQ), Brother International (new U.S. HQ), Biomet/EBI (new Int. HQ), Drinker Biddle Reath, LLP and Sharp Electronics. Several of these transactions were awarded NAIOP top honors in New Jersey for Creative and Economic Impact Deal(s) of the Year.
Prior to C&W, Mr. Brzozowski spent two and one-half years in private equity with the acquisitions group at Normandy Real Estate Partners, headquartered in Morristown, NJ. He has personally underwritten billions of dollars of commercial properties (including office, retail and hotel), mortgages and REITs for acquisition. At Normandy, he was involved in all facets of real estate, from acquisitions and dispositions, to leasing and property management, asset management, lender reporting, investment tracking and preparing quarterly and annual report materials for shareholders and board members. This work spanned assets from a portfolio of more than 8 million square feet of real estate spanning six states across the U.S.
Activities & Achievements
While an undergraduate at Lehigh University, Mr. Brzozowski managed the University Newspaper and won first place in the College of Business and Economics Real Estate Scholarship Competition. He remains highly engaged in the Lehigh alumni community as well, returning to campus for speaking engagements and serving as the elected President of the Lehigh Real Estate Professionals alumni group.
Mr. Brzozowski received his Master of Business Administration at Rutgers University with a dual-concentration in finance and strategic management. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in architecture from Lehigh University.
