As a managing director at Savills Studley Nick specializes in working with multi-location corporate clients, helping them make comprehensive, strategic decisions and identifying areas for cost savings around operations and location selection. With a diverse background in finance and operational management, Nick has expertise in advising decision makers on how to align a company’s operational plan with a forward looking real estate plan. Nicholas looks to implement solutions and strategies for complex issues that arise when a company has a national or international real estate portfolio to manage.

Previously Nick was employed with Kimley-Horn for 21 years where he served in various capacities. He began his career there as a Business Manager, was promoted to Vice President, Regional Production Manager in 1996, and served from 2000 – 2015 as a Principal/Senior Vice President, including 13 years as the Chief Financial Officer. He was directly responsible for profitability and cash flow, including fixed assets and facilities.

Nick enjoys serving the community. He is the founder and currently Board Chairman and Treasurer for Living with Autism, Inc., and the Legacy Living and Learning, LLC. He initiated the organization of these entities to provide groups homes for children with severe autism. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the Tammy Lynn Endowment, an organization that provides on and off-campus care for severely developmentally disabled children.

Education

Nick earned two degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Nick graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations.
