Nick began his real estate career at Savills Studley in June 1999, immediately upon graduating from college. Hired to work on one of the most active tenant-rep teams in New York City, Nick provides his group with exceptional market research and business development capacities.
Nick’s most recent accomplishments include -- the ongoing representation since 1999 of HSBC-Bank of Bermuda (New York) Ltd., which includes transactions totaling more than 100,000 square feet; in 2004, the 78,000-square-foot transaction that relocated McKee Nelson to downtown Manhattan and the 26,000-square-foot lease that moved Condon & Forsyth LLP to Times Square Tower; and in 2006, the 35,000-square-foot relocation transaction for Jane Street Capital at One New York Plaza.
Activities & Achievements
Nick is currently an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Architectural League of New York and the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association of New York.
Nick earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Boston University’s School of Management.
