Nick began his real estate career at Studley (now Savills Studley) in June 1999, immediately upon graduating from college. Initially hired to work on one of the most active tenant-rep teams in New York City, Nick now manages a group that focuses primarily on advising creative, dynamic tenants throughout all submarkets of Manhattan.
Working with a broad range of forward-thinking companies, Nick has advised clients in the fields of tech (Spotify, Sprinklr, Flipboard), advertising (MRY, BGB New York, Wieden + Kennedy), fashion (Shiseido, H&M, Isaia), finance (Cinven, Magnitude Capital, Jane Street Capital), law (Gunderson Dettmer, Bingham McCutchen), not-for-profit (Innocence Project, Acumen Fund, Housing Works, Sundance) and media (ITV, Associated Press, William Morris Endeavor), among others.
Activities & Achievements
Nick is currently an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Architectural League of New York and the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association of New York.
Nick earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Boston University’s School of Management.
