Nick is extremely skilled in working with and successfully representing tenants from all business sectors with their corporate real estate needs. Being involved in every aspect of a real estate transaction from needs analysis and site selection to lease negotiations and move-in, Nick is thorough and extremely detail oriented. Nick prides himself in only representing tenants, and regularly “thinking outside the box” to devise creative real estate strategies aligned with his clients’ short and long-term business goals. Prior to joining Savills Studley, Nick worked at The Lansco Corporation where he developed a strong knowledge of the New York City commercial real estate market and learned how to provide client services that always exceed expectations.
In his time with Savills Studley, Nick has represented a number of clients (more often than not, multiple times speaking to the extremely high level of service Nick’s clients enjoy while working with him) including, Heritage Auctions (multiple transactions), 5WPR, Cannon (multiple transactions), Jones Knowles Ritchie, Vector Media, Blackboard Inc., Erno Laszlo, Lee Hecht Harrison, York Capital Management (multiple transactions) Holwell Schuster & Goldberg (multiple transactions) Motley Rice, Avantium Investment Management (multiple transactions) and Levine Leichtman Capital Partners.
Prior to Nick’s involvement in the commercial real estate industry, he worked for his families plumbing and heating business in New York City. He spent many hours on construction sites learning the intricacies of mechanical systems in major commercial buildings and attended the Mechanics Institute in New York City, where he studied New York City Plumbing Code, plan reading, and estimating. Through these experiences, Nick acquired a broad-based knowledge about New York City’s construction industry, and is able to apply that knowledge to transactions on which he works.
Nick is actively involved in fundraising for breast cancer research by participating in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer fundraising walks in Central Park and Westchester County. He is also an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
Nick earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies at The University of Rhode Island.
