Nicole is a senior managing director in Savills Washington, DC, office, representing office tenants globally with a deep expertise in the Washington, DC, Virginia and Maryland markets. Nicole specializes in solving the real estate needs of corporations, law firms, AEC firms, associations, nonprofit organizations and tech firms. To date, she has executed more than 3 million square feet of lease transactions for an impressive roster of prestigious clients including Hogan Lovells, The Bozzuto Group, Mitsubishi Electric, Vanda Pharmaceuticals, the DC Bar, the American Hospital Association and the American Alliance of Museums.

At Savills, Nicole offers her clients full-service commercial real estate services including lease, purchase, sale, and build-to-suit negotiations and analysis, as well as overall strategic planning. Her financial background and strong analytical skills are valuable for clients looking to integrate detailed financial analysis and forecasting into strategic real estate planning initiatives. In addition, as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP), Nicole is able to assist her clients with making informed sustainable real estate decisions.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Nicole serves on the Advisory Board of UPWARD DC and was most recently named to the Board of Directors for FAR - the non-profit business leaders’ network. In addition, Nicole is the co-founder of the Savills Diversity and Inclusion Group and sits on the Board of Directors for BID. She also serves on the executive committee and is a long-standing auction committee co-chair for Lombardi Women. The annual event is held in support of Georgetown Lombardi’s Comprehensive Cancer Center and its Nina Hyde Center for Breast Cancer Research and has raised $4 million since its inception. Furthermore, Nicole volunteers for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and DC’s Hendley Elementary School as a mentor for young women and children.

Throughout her career, Nicole has been recognized for her achievements in commercial real estate. In 2014, CREBA recognized her as a finalist for the ‘Washington, DC, Regional Leasing Transaction of the Year’ and the ‘Maryland Leasing Transaction of the Year’. In 2009, Akridge awarded Nicole and her team the ‘Largest Leasing Transaction of the Year’ and in 2007, she received their ‘Rising Star Award’ which acknowledges one premier broker annually. She also earned GWCAR’s ‘2006 Leasing Transaction of the Year’ in Maryland.
