As a Senior Managing Director in Savills Studley’s Washington, DC office, Nicole focuses on serving the real estate needs of associations, non-profit organizations, law firms and corporations nationwide. To date, she has executed more than 2.5 million square feet of lease transactions for an impressive roster of prestigious clients including Hogan Lovells, The Bozzuto Group, the D.C. Bar, the American Hospital Association and the American Alliance of Museums.
At Savills Studley, Nicole offers her clients full-service commercial real estate services, including strategic planning, lease, purchase, sale, and build-to-suit negotiations and analysis. Her financial background and strong analytical skills are valuable for clients looking to integrate detailed financial analysis and forecasting into strategic real estate planning initiatives. In addition, as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP), Nicole is able to assist her clients with making informed sustainable real estate decisions.
Activities & Achievements
In 2014, two of Nicole’s transactions were recognized by CREBA as finalists for “Washington, DC Regional Leasing Transaction of the Year” and “Maryland Leasing Transaction of the Year.” In 2009, Akridge awarded Nicole and her team the “Largest Leasing Transaction of the Year” for the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Furthermore, in 2007, Nicole was honored by the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors (GWCAR) with the “Rising Star Award,” a prestigious award presented to one up and coming professional in the commercial real estate industry. In addition, Nicole’s work for the law firm Shulman Rogers Gandal Pordy Ecker, P.A. won her and her team GWCAR’s “2006 Leasing Transaction of the Year” award for the Maryland region.
Outside of the office, Nicole is a member of CoreNet Global, the Finance and Administration Roundtable (FAR), American Society of Association Executives and The Center (ASAE), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association of Greater Washington, DC (CREBA), which was formerly known as the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors (GWCAR). Nicole currently serves on the planning committee for the Women & Wine Event, which benefits the Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center. She is also a past planning committee member for the Lawyers Have Heart 10K Run/Walk, which benefits the American Heart Association and a past host committee member for the Sneaker Ball Gala, an annual black-tie charity event that benefits the Greater Washington Sports Alliance Foundation.
Nicole earned her MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Baltimore and graduated summa cum laude from Towson University. At Towson, she was president of the Student Activities Board and Alpha Omicron Pi. Nicole’s leadership skills have won her a variety of awards, including Towson’s “Vice President for Student Life Award for Leadership.”
