As a managing director at Savills Studley’s Houston office, Noah Kruger is responsible for cultivating and expanding business opportunities within the office and industrial markets. His comprehensive understanding of his clients’ business objectives, in-depth market knowledge and LEED expertise have each helped him deliver all-inclusive real estate solutions to his clients.
Noah began his career as an architectural consultant with HOK for two years and then spent five years with Dell, Inc. working in the Small and Medium Business division. He also gained experience in Jones Lang LaSalle’s research department, where he was the recipient of a NAIOP Scholarship for continuing education. While obtaining his MBA in Finance, Noah earned his LEED® AP accreditation solidifying his commitment to the green building movement.
Prior to joining Savills Studley, Noah was Vice President with a regional commercial real estate firm.
Activities & Achievements
Outside of the office, Noah is a business mentor at the Houston Technology Center and a member of the British American Business Council. He is on the Board of Directors for the Evelyn Rubenstein Jewish Community Center, participates in the Greater Houston Partnership and the Steering Committee for the Houston Jewish Federations’ Commercial Real Estate Society.
Noah earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A & M University and a Master of Business Administration from University of Houston.
