As a Managing Director in Savills Studley's Washington DC office, Parker has established a practice focused primarily on the acquisition and disposition of owner-occupied and investment office buildings, as well as development properties His expertise lies in his understanding of both the market and analytical components of real estate transactions.
Parker started his career as an intern for Studley while still in college at the University of Virginia, and became a full-time broker after his graduation in the summer of 2001. Over the course of 15 years, he has completed 181 transactions that exceed over 10 million square feet in volume. Some of Parker's recent clients include the Motion Picture Association of America, Graham Holdings Company (formerly The Washington Post Co.), the American Bar Association, and National Public Radio.
Parker holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.
