Since joining the firm in 2016, Patrick Kelly has specialized in the analytical consolidation and presentation of large amounts of data. In his role as an analyst, Pat works within the internal consulting team to understand the clients’ needs, engage in relevant research concerning the finished product and present the data in a concise and informative manner. He understands the importance of locating trends that will promote conclusive analysis to be utilized in important business decisions and works with his team to provide the best services available. Pat also executes business development functions, directly interacting with clients to identify key business needs concerning labor scale and compensation, macro- and micro-market demographics, and incentive services. Once established, he creates custom service offerings to ensure the client is fully satisfied and supports them throughout the implementation process.

Prior to joining Doane Kelly’s team of experts in early 2016, Pat was the operations director for WZBC, a radio station serving the Greater Boston area. During his college career, he served as a research associate for a variety of organizations and department. Before joining WZBC, Pat worked for six years in various roles. Collectively, these past work experiences broadened his expertise in management, operational procedures and research aptitude.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Pat has a history of charity work including tutoring for the Boys and Girls Club of Newark and constructing homes for Habitat for Humanity.
