Mr. Kelly specializes in the analytical consolidation and presentation of large amounts of data. Mr. Kelly works within the internal consulting team to understand the clients’ needs, engage in relevant research concerning the finished product, and present the data in a concise and informative manner. He understands the importance of locating trends that will promote conclusive analysis to be utilized in important business decisions and works with his team to provide the best services available.

Prior to joining Savills Studley in early 2016, Mr. Kelly was the Operations Director for WZBC, a radio station serving the Greater Boston area. During his college career, he served as a research associate for a variety of organizations and department. Before joining WZBC, Mr. Kelly worked for six years in various roles, including Assistant Camp Director, at The Atlantic Club. These past work experiences have broadened his expertise in management, operational procedures and research aptitude.


Patrick received his B.A. from Boston College in English and History.

Activities & Achievements

Mr. Kelly has a history of charity work, including tutoring for the Boys and Girls Club of Newark and constructing homes for Habitat for Humanity. He has a keen interest in the dispersion of music, both establishing a radio station at his high school and serving on the executive board of the radio station of Boston College. His interests include literature, history, technology, music, and playing sports, especially tennis.
