Patrick joined Savills Studley after working as an executive for a boutique tenant representation firm in Chicago. During his career, Patrick has structured over 125 lease transactions aimed at minimizing occupancy expenses in lease renewals, relocations and build-to-suits. He has a diverse client portfolio that includes financial services and insurance firms, government entities and non-profit organizations.
Patrick holds the designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), a degree of professional attainment in the areas of investment analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and financial analysis for commercial real estate. This title, held by only 6% of all commercial real estate professionals, helps Patrick provide a level of analytic proficiency to his clients that is unique in the marketplace. Patrick was also elected President Elect of the Illinois CCIM Chapter.
Prior to his career in brokerage, Patrick taught at Indiana University’s Business School in the fields of financial modeling and technological innovation.
In addition to serving as President Elect to the Illinois CCIM Chapter, Patrick is an avid competitive sailor and a member of the Chicago Yacht Club and New York Yacht Club. He also volunteers his time at Breakthrough Homeless Shelter, a not-for-profit in Chicago’s East Garfield Park neighborhood.
Patrick received a BS in Finance, Real Estate and Economics from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
