With more than 25 years of experience representing tenants with their commercial real estate requirements, Patrick has represented prominent national and international corporations representing an array of business sectors including legal, banking, media and non-profit. His years of experience and business acumen provide a strong foundation from which Patrick advises his clients on how their real estate can support their business plans. Some of his most notable clients have included the Bank of Scotland, Oxford University Press, Henry Kissinger, United Business Media, Inner City Broadcasting Corp., and the Guttmacher Institute.
Prior to joining Savills Studley, Patrick held a number of high-level executive positions with leading commercial real estate firms. He served as a managing director at Cassidy Turley; senior vice president at CRESA Partners; director at Cushman Wakefield; senior vice president at Jones Lang Wooten, and managing director of Sykes International, a firm that he founded with Richard Sykes, a member of his current team based in Savills Studley’s London office.
Activities & Achievements
Patrick is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), British American Business Inc. , as well as active in a number of non-profit organizations.
Patrick earned a master’s degree in international management from the Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management.
