Paul is a 25-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry who has been directly involved in transactions valued in excess of $5 billion to date. As a corporate managing director at Savills Studley, he focuses on serving the real estate needs of institutional investors, developers, corporate users and non-profit organizations throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Paul specializes in the acquisition and disposition of quality improved real estate and commercially zoned land. He has extensive experience arranging debt, equity and joint venture financing for a full range of commercial properties and transactions and is an expert in providing long-term strategic real estate advisory services to meet the priorities and requirements of for profit and not-for-profit organizations.
Prior to becoming to becoming a real estate professional, Paul spent ten years as United States foreign intelligence officer specializing in Middle Eastern affairs and Counter Terrorism.
Activities & Achievements
Outside of the office, Paul is a member of the Washington Board of Realtors.
Paul received his bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego and a master’s degree in International Affairs from Georgetown University. He has conducted post graduate studies in international affairs at Oxford University and is a licensed broker in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.
