Paul Kay collaborates with senior executives and advisors in developing and implementing strategic studies, market analyses, financial analyses and purchase/lease negotiation services for Savills Studley clients.
Paul has had direct experience in over 500 real estate transactions and has developed proprietary analytical tools designed specifically to meet the needs of today’s clients. As a result of these unusually rich experiences, Paul has developed panoptic market knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area and markets across Canada. He is able to synthesize his skills to furnish his clients with focalised financial expertise, analysis, and strategic thinking to determine the specific impact that real estate decisions will have on their success.
Paul began his real estate career in 1998, after graduating from York University’s Schulich School of Business with an undergraduate degree in finance. Concurrently, while continuing to practice, he returned to Schulich in September 2000 to complete an MBA degree, concentrating on both real property and finance.
