Perry Kaplan started his career at Savills Studley (formerly Studley, Inc.) as an Analyst focusing on strategic planning, lease analysis, demographic analysis and financial modeling.
In 2012 Perry joined CBRE in NYC to work for the largest transaction management HUB in the US for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions. Over a 4 year period, Perry completed over 75 transactions totally 2.5 Million RSF. Perry’s former clients include Prudential, Disney, ESPN, ABC, Cigna, Xylem, The Boston Consulting Group and The Bank of New York Mellon. Perry prepared, recommended and implemented a portfolio-wide transaction strategy for acquiring and disposing of real estate properties, coordinating field resources and stakeholders in the execution of lease renewals, new site acquisitions and disposition of surplus space.
Perry has completed transactions in over 50 cities across the globe including the largest transaction in Philadelphia in 2015. Valued by colleagues and clients alike for his hands-on approach and systematic work style, Perry uses his strong analytical skills to develop leverage for his clients.
Perry moved back to Philadelphia in the spring of 2016 to reconnect with his team at Savills Studley. Determined to change the skyline of the city he grew up in and loves, Perry is focused on using the skills he learned from his global transactions to transform the Philadelphia real estate market.
Activities & Achievements
Perry is a certified volunteer for The Good Dog Foundation with his wife and dog. Good Dog’s mission is to ease human suffering and promote recovery from trauma and stress using animal-assisted therapy services that are recognized as among the most innovative and reliable in the United States. This is accomplished through the use of professionally-trained and supervised volunteer teams who work to aid the healing process in humans and enhance clients’ quality of life.
Perry graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in finance and minor in legal environment of business.
