Peter joined Savills in 2012. His in-depth knowledge of the New York City commercial real estate market enables Peter to execute innovative transactions which meet his client’s business objectives. Currently, Peter works primarily with Erik Schmall and Scott Weiss representing tenants seeking acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic planning advisory. Peter is primarily responsible for new business development, market analysis and transaction execution. Notable clients of Peter’s have included The Pratt Institute, Gerber Technology, Bankrate.com, The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Apax Partners, SVB and Withersworldwide.

Prior to his time at Savills, Peter worked as an associate for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Specifically, Peter worked on national leasing assignments for well-known brands such as Morton’s Steak House and participated on the agency team for Building Land Technology’s multi-million square foot Harbor Point campus in Stamford, CT. In addition, Peter participated in numerous New York City leasing transactions such as 15,000 square feet at 100 Broadway for Fensterstock and Partners and 15,000 square feet at 48 Wall Street for Louis Berger Group.

Peter also serves as an advisor to his family’s real estate development and management company, EI Realty, in Cedar Knolls, NJ.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

In his spare time, Peter is avid and accomplished racquet sportsman. He is a former world #1 ranked rackets doubles player, a six-time winner of the US Amateur Rackets Doubles Championships and the winner of the 2022 US Open and 2017 British Open Rackets Doubles Championships. Additionally, Peter was the winner of the 2007 Intercollegiate National Squash Doubles Championship and the 2022 US Amateur Court Tennis Doubles Championship.
