Peter joined Savills Studley in 2012 as an assistant director, working with Senior Vice President and Co-Branch Manager, Steven Berliner. His in-depth knowledge of the New York City commercial real estate markets enables Peter to execute innovative transactions which meet his client’s business objectives. Peter is primarily responsible for new business development, strategic planning and execution of thoughtful real estate solutions on behalf of tenants. In addition, Peter oversees the day-to-day services to many top-tier clients such as Canon Business Services, The New School, Transport Workers Union, Direct brands and Du Pasquier & Co.
Prior to joining the firm, Peter worked as an associate for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Specifically, Peter worked with national leasing assignments for well-known brands such as Starwood Hotels, Morton’s Steak House and Marcum LLP. In addition, Peter participated in numerous New York City leasing transactions such as 15,000 square feet at 100 Broadway for Fensterstock and Partners, 10,500 SF at 261 Madison Avenue for Bond Street Group and 20,000 square feet throughout the five boroughs for Mobil Health.
Peter actively participates as a CitySquash mentor, providing inner city students with squash coaching and academic instruction as part of a sports enrichment program based at Fordham University.
Peter graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in American History from Bowdoin College and has completed additional coursework in Financial Accounting, Money & Banking, International Economics and Marketing at New York University’s Stern School of Business.
