PJ Kolosvary is a member of the Savills Occupier Services team out of Tampa, Florida. An experienced tenant representative, PJ provides versatile program and transaction management services that support all client objectives from start to finish. In order to implement best practices, PJ facilitates and coordinates collaboration with a variety of stakeholders including internal team members, clients and their internal stakeholders, vendors and client vendors to integrate client requirements. Able to work with companies in government, professional services and other users of corporate space, PJ develops and implements real estate strategies that assist companies with site selection, design, construction, move management and facility management. Ultimately, PJ works to minimize his clients’ expenses, maximize their profits and create an operationally and culturally sound work environment.

Most recently, PJ has been spending time in India managing international projects for a global professional services firm. Utilizing his construction management experience from previous projects, PJ has been able to administer every aspect of the project and supply the hands on-supervision that is demanded by any client’s project. Prior to joining Savills, PJ worked for Superior Products & General Contracting and was responsible for supporting business development and ongoing project quality assurance.

PJ also assisted the Florida Department of Health and Office of the Attorney General with project management services related to the interior build out of their privately leased spaces. Additionally, he was assigned to consult for the Federal Government’s General Services Administration on their Construction Excellence Peer Review Program which consisted of evaluating over 120 construction projects nationwide to capture best practices, lessons learned and project insights. His efforts have helped GSA to better understand their strengths and identify the areas where they have opportunities for improvement.

PJ joined Savills with its acquisition of Vertical Integration, a Florida-based firm that provided integrated, full-service real estate solutions domestically and internationally for corporate and government entities.
