Randall Mills is an associate for Savills Occupier Services group, which provides a full range of integrated real estate services and can consistently deliver any type of assignment on a worldwide basis. In this role, Randall assists clients with the marketing and disposition of assets and tenant representation throughout the State of Florida. He is a primary asset disposition consultant and is responsible for multiple tenant representation assignments in North Florida.

In addition to his tenant broker experience, Randall’s expertise includes analyzing site attributes, developing strategic target-marketing campaigns, development pro forma analysis, feasibility studies, discounted cash flow analysis, REO and special asset disposition, new business development, leasing, site selection, broker opinion of values and supporting the due diligence process.

Randall joined Savills with its acquisition of Vertical Integration, a Florida- based firm that provided integrated, full-service real estate solutions domestically and internationally for corporate and government entities.

Previously, Randall was a vice president of The Land Sharks, and was previously a sales associate with Advantis Real Estate Services. While with The Land Sharks, Randy managed and marketed over 70 parcels of land valued at over $200 million throughout the State of Florida.
