Randy Parker has spent his entire commercial real estate career working tirelessly to ensure his clients receive a real estate transaction that supports the firm’s business objectives and that they receive all the market concessions they deserve. For over thirty years, Randy has honed his skills of market research, financial forecasting, workplace strategy, transaction management and lease negotiation, as well as obtained invaluable insight into local, national, and global markets and trends.

In 2014, Travers Realty and Cresa Orange County merged their two organizations and in February 2017, Cresa merged with Savills to create the most dominant tenant representation firm in Orange County. Randy was a key player in negotiating both mergers, which has since allowed Randy and his teammates to better serve their clients locally, nationally and globally.

Randy has worked in every major market in the United States, successfully completing complex lease and sale transactions totaling millions of square feet. Widely known as the ‘professional services firm expert’ in Orange County, Randy has represented more than 75 law and accounting firms. He is a member of the National Law Firm Practice Group at Savills. Often, Randy is quoted as a trusted source of market knowledge and is consistently asked to provide his keen insight into market dynamics and significant events to local and national businesses, as well as real estate and business publications.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Randall is a Diamond Sponser of the Association of Legal Administrators (OC-ALA), as well as a founding member of the Orange County Law Firm Leadership Roundtable (OLFLRT). He is also a member of the Orange County Bar Foundation, The Pacific Club, Trustee of School Power and a University of Colorado Football Scholarship donor.

Throughout his professional career, Randy has received much recognition from his peers and the business community. Including, President of Travers Realty Corporation, Board of Director at Cresa, The Irvine Company ‘Broker of the Year’ eighteen (18) times, Koll ‘Broker of the Year’ four (4) times and Equity Office Properties declared him ‘Top Broker’ three (3) times. He has also served as an expert witness by the Orange Superior Court in matters relating to commercial real estate.
