With a background in management consulting and architecture, Renae Bradshaw strategically advises clients on how to leverage their real estate into strategic assets. At Savills Studley, she specializes in transaction consultation, including real estate strategic planning, lease restructures, office relocations, buy-vs.-lease decisions and workplace analyses. Renae’s consulting expertise enables her to bring a solution-based perspective to her corporate clients regarding their real estate investments.
Renae entered the real estate services industry in 1998, after five years of management consulting with Accenture. Prior to joining Savills Studley, she led the interiors practice at HOK Chicago, providing leadership in the areas of workplace strategy; facility evaluation; programming and planning; design and project implementation for clients. Her experience spans from small, single office solutions to large, multi-market portfolios.
Activities & Achievements
Renae is a LEED® Accredited Professional and an active member of the Chicago real estate community. She is often requested to participate as a thought leader on industry panel discussions and for publications. She is currently President of the Chicago Chapter of CoreNet and serves as the Marketing Chair for the Real Estate Council of the City of Hope. Renae has also been a board member for the Greater Chicago Food Depository real estate fundraiser and the Chicago Real Estate Organization.
In 2013, Renae led an AIA chapter continuing education program regarding a change management strategy implemented for The Joyce Foundation. Her work was granted a “Best of Year” award by Interior Design magazine and a First Place, Design Excellence award by ASID.
Renae is currently a candidate for a Master of Corporate Real Estate, CoreNet Global. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Tech University.
