Richard Siegel is a 30-plus year veteran of the commercial real estate industry who has been directly involved in transactions valued in excess of $5 billion to date. As a corporate managing director of at Savills, he focuses on serving the real estate needs of institutional investors, developers, corporate users and non-profit organizations throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area as well as the Suburban Virginia area. Rick specializes in the acquisition and disposition of commercially zoned land and institutional quality-improved real estate. He has extensive experience arranging debt, equity and joint venture financing for a full range of commercial properties and transactions, and engages his broad expertise to provide long-term strategic real estate advisory services to for profit and not-for-profit organizations.

Rick has represented the full range of institutional investors and developers, to include Principal Financial Group, J.P. Morgan Investment Management, Lincoln Property Company, Grosvenor International, Prudential Investment Management, New Boston Fund, TA Associates , BPG Properties, WRIT, JBG , Boston Properties and Monument Realty. Tenant representations include FINRA, National Association of Home Builders, State Services Organization, American Bar Association, Bureau of National Affairs, WETA, Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, Knights of Columbus, American Legacy Foundation, The Ocean Conservancy, Columbia Hospital for Women, and Population Services International.

Prior to his career as a real estate advisor, Rick practiced law in Washington, DC concentrating on land use, development and leasing issues.
