Rick is Chairman of Savills Global Occupier Services in North America and leads the Global Occupier Services Executive Board. He ensures Savills is effectively partnering with clients to provide global advisory services supported by robust data analytics and research to optimize real estate planning, decision-making and overall portfolio performance.

He builds and deploys curated teams across a variety of disciplines for the expert delivery of real estate planning, location strategy development, workforce and workplace analytics, transaction management, project management, lease administration and ongoing portfolio management. Guiding data-driven insight and regional expertise paired with global connectivity and consistency of services across markets is an approach that empowers our clients to be creative and proactive in leveraging real estate to meet their business goals and achieve a competitive edge.

For the past 35 years, Rick has driven successful real estate outcomes for clients and has advised some of the world’s leading companies across a variety of industries. His current responsibilities include serving on the company’s Executive Committee and leading the Global Occupier Services Executive Board in partnership with executive leaders across AMEA, EMEA and APAC.

As the Chairman of Global Occupier Services, he is passionate about continuing to build trusted relationships across Savills in addition to clients and colleagues. By emphasizing respect, accountability and creative problem-solving, his leadership approach drives high-performing team members and produces long-term partnerships with clients to add value to their real estate strategies year after year.

Rick’s has been recognized for his market-leading client representation across industry groups – from Baxter Healthcare, to RSM. His leadership in the community includes serving as a board member of Greenhouse Scholars and dedicating his expertise to assist non-profit organizations such as the YMCA, the Jewish Federation/JUF, Erikson Institute, and the Alzheimer's Association.
