Robert Brunton

 

Professional Expertise

Since joining Savills in 2006, Robert Brunton has negotiated millions of square feet of assignments for federal tenants under the firm’s national broker contracts with the General Service Administration (GSA) and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). As a Senior Managing Director, Robert is responsible for federal, state and local government lease procurement and transaction management throughout the Washington, DC, metro area and across the country. His more than 19 years of experience have provided Robert insight into the real estate market, as well as the ability to develop, implement and manage a successful project within the public sector.

Prior to joining the firm, Robert worked for Bolan Smart Associates for four years as a Realty Specialist and as a Space Management Specialist for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), overseeing the lease management and executions for FBI field offices and resident agency locations across the United States. He also spent two years with CoStar Group as a research manager.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

When he’s out of the office, Robert likes to participate in community organizations. He actively volunteers and fundraises for the Friends of Fort Dupont Ice Arena and volunteers and fosters for City Dogs Rescue.
