Since joining Studley (now Savills Studley) in 2006, Mr. Brunton has negotiated an estimated 6.1 million square feet of assignments for federal tenants under Savills Studley's National Broker Contract with the General Service Administration (GSA). Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brunton was a space management specialist for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) overseeing the lease management and executions for FBI field office and resident agency locations across the United States.
His recent notable professional accomplishments include working with the GSA/FBI team on the FBI HQ Consolidation project, the Department of State’s 463,151-square foot lease at 600 19th Street NW in Washington, DC, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency’s 352,750-square-foot lease at Founders Square (675 N Randolph Street) in Arlington, VA, FINCEN’s 125,000-square foot lease at 2070 Chain Bridge Rd in Vienna, VA and CNCS’ 84,606-square-foot lease at 250 E Street SW in Washington, DC.
Robert graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelors of Physical and Health Education degree, specializing in physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics.
