Robert “Bo” Keatley made his way to Savills in 2016 and has been exclusively representing tenants since 2006. He specializes in assisting clients with both lease and purchase transactions since that time. Furthermore, he goes above and beyond to assure his clients align their operational and business strategies with their commercial real estate needs. With his ability to provide strategic insight and consultation services, Bo has proudly represented some of Atlanta’s most exciting and innovative companies.

Bo co-leads a team with David Rubenstein and John Flack. Together, they have assembled one of the highest producing teams in the Atlanta market, working proactively with such companies as N3, Colonial Pipeline, Jones Day, Medassets and John Hancock. Bo has accumulated more than 10 million square feet of transactions. Just a portion of what he can offer includes workplace strategy, project management, transaction management, occupier services, consulting, portfolio review, tax incentives, capital markets, and global expansion.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

In 2013, Bo received the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s prestigious 40 Under 40 award for his success in business and in the community.

Staying active outside of the office, Bo is a founding member of Answer Atlanta, serves on two Cristo Rey School committees, and participates in his local church. He’s also served on the board of the Heritage Foundation, coached youth baseball, and volunteered at the Atlanta Union Mission, providing aid to his community.
